Client spotlight: building Saints Contracting's online presence

Saints Contracting needed an online presence that matched the quality of their on-site work. Here's how a full brand build came together, from the first logo to paid ads.

The brief

Saints Contracting's work on site spoke for itself, but their online presence didn't reflect it. The goal was a brand and a set of channels that looked as professional as the jobs they deliver.

Step 1: Logo and visual identity

Everything started with the brand. We developed their logo and visual identity from scratch, so every channel that followed would look like it came from the same business.

Step 2: A custom website

With the brand in place, we built a custom website to show off their work and make it easy for customers to get in touch.

Step 3: Social media and LinkedIn

We took over day-to-day social media and LinkedIn management, keeping their channels active and consistent with the new brand without it becoming another job on their list.

Step 4: Paid advertising

A paid social campaign

Once the brand was consistent across every channel, we layered in paid advertising campaigns to start generating enquiries directly from social platforms. The order matters: ads send people to your profiles and website, so those need to be ready first.

Brand first, then website, then content, then ads. Each step makes the next one work harder.

What other trades can take from it

  • Get the brand right before you spend money on ads.
  • Use one look everywhere: van, website, social media and adverts.
  • Post consistently, even when you're busy.
  • Let someone else run the day-to-day if you'd rather be on the tools.
